Canada’s Zero Emission Vehicle Infrastructure Program (ZEVIP)

EVStart can help you apply to get up to 50% of the installation costs covered.

In an effort to support the adoption of zero emission vehicles (ZEV) across the country, the Canadian Government has announced $680 million in funding to support the installation of electric vehicle infrastructure. The program, ZEVIP, is intended for public charging infrastructure, workplaces and fleet vehicle support, and multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs).

You could be eligible to recover up to 50% of your total installation costs: up to $5,000 for Level 2 ports, and up to $100,000 per port for Level 3 fast charging.

Visit NRCan’s website for the full program details and application process.
